  • Brazil name squad for FIFA U-17 World Cup
  • Hosts face Canada, New Zealand and Angola in group matches
  • First ever FIFA youth tournament in Brazil

Host nation Brazil have announced their squad for the upcoming FIFA U-17 World Cup.

The list of 21 players was announced by former player Branco, who is currently CBF youth teams manager.

Three players are missing from coach Dalla Dea’s usual list: Paulo Eduardo, Juan and Reinier

Brazil will continue to prepare at the CBF training centre in Teresopolis until 22 October.

The host will kick-off their campaign against Canada foir days later, before further Group A outings against New Zealand and Angola.
